In order to connect the integration between 4human HRM and NAV, your company must grant us as the provider the necessary API access in Altinn 3.0. Here you will find a step-by-step guide on how to grant this access.
To delegate API access, you must have the correct role in Altinn for your company. See who this may be here.
- Log in to Altinn and choose to represent the organisation that will delegate access. In our step-by-step description, we use the fictional company “Dynamisk Altendende Tiger AS” as an example.
-
(1) Select [profile] and (2) [access to application interfaces – API] --> (3) [grant and remove API access]
. -
Click on delegate new API
. -
Search for [oppfølgingsplaner]. Select [submission of follow-up plans to NAV via provider]. Click the (+) button.
. -
Under [selected API] on the right-hand side, you will see which API has been selected. Click [next]
. -
Now you must search for [4human] using the organisation number. Click the (+) button to add it. The organisation number you must search for is 897757222.
. -
Under [organisations to be granted the right] on the right-hand side, you will see which company has been selected. Click [next]
. - Ensure that “API access is granted to:” 4human HRM AS, org. no. 897757222,
- and that “access rights to the following API” is [submission of follow-up plans to NAV via provider]
-
Click [confirm]
. -
You will now be taken to the confirmation page
. - You may go to [Total overview] to see the access rights you have delegated.
- Once this is completed, 4human HRM consultants can set up the connection between your 4human HRM solution and NAV Altinn 3.0 on behalf of your company
- You can withdraw this access at any time. For more information about how to grant or withdraw API access, see NAV’s guide here
